Essential: In order to see the QTVR interactive movies, you must have the QuickTime player installed on your computer, if you do not have it yet, you may Download the latest FREE version from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ and install it in your browser's plug-in folder and restart your browser before returning to this page. Please be patient while it loads, it should only take a minute or two for the scenes to completely fill out. Once the movies have finished loading, you can use your cursor to look around the room, and use the controller to zoom in and out on the details.

Windows: Windows Media Player (WMP) often tries to play .mov files, since it has some ability to handle the QuickTime mime type. This can happen even if QuickTime is installed on your machine. Unfortunately WMP is clueless when it comes to QTVR, but tries to play them anyway. The result is a broken movie icon or a QTVR that plays as a linear movie. If you are seeing this kind of behavior with QuickTime installed, you should completely uninstall whatever version of QuickTime you have and do a clean install of the newest QuickTime from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/. Jerky playback of the larger movies is indicative of a slow processor trying to do its best. Better performance can be obtained by quitting other applications and minimizing system tasks.
